Adults class suitable for beginners and experienced gymnasts! The class starts with a warm up and conditioning. Following this beginners can opt to stay in the structured class with activities to improve on skills, or explore in the apparatus gym. Experienced gymnasts may like to go into the apparatus room and use the equipment. There are qualified coaches on hand to give help and advice.​
