Baby and parent class designed to introduce baby to exercising and socialising. The session will involve music, rhymes and songs which encourages movement and coordination along with physical activity such as reaching and stretching. There will be a sensory element to the sessions as well, where movement and cognitive development are enhanced through physical and sensory activities. This is an unstructured class and allows you and your baby to freely explore our apparatus.

Classes run term time only over 39 weeks of the year. Payment is £17 a month over 11 months on the monthly set up or £6.00 per pay as you go session
