Our SEND Gymnastics Sessions provide a calm, structured and supportive environment for children aged 5 to 11 years who may benefit from a smaller group and additional support to access gymnastics.

Led by two qualified coaches, with parent or carer participation throughout, each session follows a consistent routine designed to build confidence, develop physical literacy and encourage children to learn at their own pace.

These sessions may be suitable for children with diagnosed or emerging additional needs, those awaiting assessment, or children who simply find larger group activities challenging. No formal diagnosis is required to attend.
